Active Status
Contacts with an Active status and activity in the Activity Log help improve the quality of your data.
The number of Contacts with an Active status should match the number of people who are actually active in your church. How do you know if your contacts really are active? Check out the Active Status vs. Activity view on the Contacts page. It's available for those in the SPoC Views user group, and it shows the most recent activity date for your active Contact records.
Data Health Report Card
The Customer Portal Report Card awards an A grade when 85% or more of your active Contacts also had activity in the Activity Log within the last 365 days.
How to Improve
- Go to Contacts, and review the records in the Active Status vs. Activity view.
- Use the Inactivate Tool as needed.
