One-Way Text History

View Opted Out Individuals from Text History

See who has opted out from receiving texts from Realm.

When someone opts out of text notifications, they will not receive texts from Realm. When you send a one-way text from Realm to people who have opted out, you can view these individuals in the text's statistics. You can also download a .csv file that includes a list of individuals who have opted-out.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the One-Way Texts tab.
  3. Click the subject of the text, then click the number under the Opted Out category.
  4. To download a .csv file of individuals who are opted out, click the Download .csv button.
