View One-Way Texts History
You can view the history and information about one-way texts sent from Realm.
Warning:
You can view information about one-way texts you have sent from Realm. Text details include when it was sent, where the email was sent from, the content of the text, and statistics about who did and did not receive the text.New sign-ups for Realm texting are currently disabled.
We have extended our partnership with Constant Contact to provide a SMS texting solution as an option for Realm. Click for more information.
You can export your existing Realm texting opt-in records to import into Constant Contact.
If you need to find a specific text, you can filter the history list by date, where the text was sent from, or words that are in the text.
One-way text history is saved for one year while statistics about the text recipients are saved for one month. If you need to save a text for a longer period of time, you can archive it.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- Click the One-Way Texts tab.
- Click the text to view statistics, content and text information.
- To find a specific text, click
and select or enter your filter settings. Then, click Filter.
