View One-Way Text Statistics from Text History
View a text's statistics from text history.
Warning:
Using the text history, you can view statistics about each text. These statistics include a list of people who don't have a mobile number on their profile, people who successfully received the text and people who didn't receive the text. You can also download a .csv of the list of individuals in each section. New sign-ups for Realm texting are currently disabled.
We have extended our partnership with Constant Contact to provide a SMS texting solution as an option for Realm. Click for more information.
You can export your existing Realm texting opt-in records to import into Constant Contact.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- Click the One-Way Texts tab.
- Click the subject of the text to view statistics for that text.
- Click the number under the statistic category to see the individuals in that category. For example, to see which individuals didn't receive the text because they don't have a mobile number on their profile, click the number under the Missing Mobile Phone category.
- To download a .csv file with a list of the individuals in the category, click the Download .csv button.
