One-Way Text History

Archive a One-Way Text in Text History

Archive a text to keep it longer than one year.

Warning:

New sign-ups for Realm texting are currently disabled.

We have extended our partnership with Constant Contact to provide a SMS texting solution as an option for Realm. Click for more information.

You can export your existing Realm texting opt-in records to import into Constant Contact.

One-way texts that are older than one year are automatically deleted from the text history. However, you can save a text that you need for a longer period of time by archiving it.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the One-Way Texts tab.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the text and select Archive from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Archive to move the text to the Archive tab of the text history.
