One-Way Text History

View Archived Texts

See the archived texts in the text history.

One-way texts that are older than one year are automatically deleted from the text history. However, you can save a text that you need for a longer period of time by archiving it. You can view the archived text from the My Communications page.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the One-Way Texts tab.
  3. Click the Archived tab to view archived texts.
