When you use the same bank for savings and checking, for example, it's easy to mix the two at a quick glance. If a cash account that currently has activity is associated with an incorrect bank account, move it to the other before you reconcile.

1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Ledger Setup > Bank Accounts.
2. Click next to the name of a bank account and select Edit.
3. Click next to a cash account and select Edit.
4. Select a new bank account for it to move to, then click Move.
