Make a Bank Account Inactive

If you close a bank account and no longer need to see it as you track and report, make it inactive.

You must have accounting administrator permissions to perform this task.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Ledger Setup > Bank Accounts.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the name of a bank account and select Edit.
  3. Clear the Active check box.
  4. Click Save.
