Sometimes, ministers are only able to serve every other week during a given year. To help you determine these ministers' schedules, you can sort and view scheduled weeks in the Odd and Even Weeks grid. On the Information tab, click Schedules > Odd & Even Weeks.

Use the view options below the grid to see only odd weeks, only even weeks, or all weeks. You can double-click any grid entry to create a new schedule with the selected date range.
