View Assignment Information
If there were any assignments that couldn't be filled when adding a schedule, they're summarized in the Assignments Information section. Click View Incomplete Details to view the unfilled assignments.
View Incomplete Details
When you click View Incomplete Details, the Assignments Information window displays detailed information on all incomplete assignments for each mass. To view and edit mass details, you can double-click the mass name in the grid, or you can click Mass Detail at the bottom of the window.
The grid on the right displays the number of ministers required and assigned to each ministry for the selected mass.
The Total Ministers Needed & Remaining grid reflects the totals for all masses.
