New and Improved Features

Customize Colors on Your Calendars
  • Tired of the default colors on the calendar? Now, you can select different colors to indicate weekends, special days, and the selected day. In the Special Days & Holidays window, there are three color pickers where you can select the colors to display.
  • If you start having too much fun then decide you want to go back to the way it looked before, click Use Default to reset the colors.

  • The color for each special date displays in the last column in the grid. To mark multiple days at a time, click Mark/Clear Color for All Days. In the dialog box, you can select all the days that you want to display in the Special Days Color at once.

  • Want a special day to display in a different color to set it apart from the rest? You can do that, too! When you select a special date in the list, you'll see a color picker under the "On Screen Calendars" section. Select Mark in Color on Calendars then select the color you want for the special date. (If you select the option but don't select a color, the Special Days Color will be used.)

Send Replies to Multiple Email Addresses
  • Now, when you send an email from PDS, you can set replies to go to multiple email addresses. For example, Joe wants to send an email to event organizers, and he wants any replies to go to his email as well as his event administrator. To do that, he would enter both email addresses (separated by a comma) in the Reply Email Address field. You can enter as many email addresses as needed.
