PDS Facility Scheduler 11.2C, releasing for desktop and OnDemand 2-20-25, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features
You can now select which facilities people can choose from when they submit an online form for event requests. There's a new grid under the form information. The selected facility names will display exactly as shown in PDS and in the order that you select them in the grid.
Make sure you select at least two facilities to show on the form since people will be asked for their first and second choice of facility. Also ensure that the facilities you select to show on the form are actually available for people to request!
- When you create an online form for event requests, you can now choose whether to align your introduction text in the center or to the left. For longer introductions, it may be easier to read when you left align the text. Preview the form to determine which option looks best!
- Need to view your Mass intentions in a calendar format? Now you can! From the Calendars window, click Mass Intentions Calendar, and you can see events marked as Masses along with any intentions for each event.
- How about in report format? We have that, too! From the Reports window, expand Mass Intention Calendar. This prints the Mass intention information in a monthly calendar for a specified date range.
- When you enter Mass intentions, make sure you separate names using a semicolon (;). We added a note at the bottom to remind you! That way, you can differentiate between names that have a suffix, like "John Smith, Sr." or "Alice Doe, PhD", when filtering the list.
Corrections
- If you searched for an event in the Events window, then moved to the Event Listing screen, it was not showing the event you were just viewing. Now, it moves to the selected event in the list.
