PDS Facility Scheduler 11.2A, released for desktop 10-29-24 and OnDemand 11-7-24, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features

Previously, you could schedule a Mass by adding it in the Mass Schedule window or selecting the Is a Mass checkbox on the Event record after scheduling. Now, you can use any of the Scheduling Wizards to create Masses! Instead of selecting the checkbox after the fact, you can select This Event is a Mass during the scheduling process.

Selecting this checkbox will set the Is a Mass checkbox in the Events window for each event you schedule. Those event(s) can then be selected in the Mass Intentions list as well.

This makes it easier to schedule multiple Masses at one time. For example, you might have several events related to a special occasion, such as Easter Holy Week. If you're interested in that, here's a video on how to create and use an event package template.

- Along with the video about event package templates, our team created new videos called "Add and Schedule Masses" and "Add and Filter Mass Intentions". Check them out under the Facility Scheduler section of the Program-Specific Videos area in the PDS Video Library.
Corrections
- If you scheduled an event that ended at 11:59 pm over consecutive days in multiple facilities, a duplicate event was showing for some days and an extra event was being created one day after the last date you scheduled.
- If you emailed a letter and selected the Email as Plain Text option, special characters (such as ' and á) were not displaying correctly.
