Attendance Reporting

Reporting on attendance can be done from two perspectives: Events or Groups. Because an event can include people who attend the Event without being part of a Group, these numbers may differ slightly. For more details about each of these reports, see the Alphabetical List of Reports.
Note: In general, attendance reporting is best done through report, not a view.

From the Events Page

Select the Events to report on and launch one of the following reports:

  • Selected Event Group Attendance
  • Selected Event Metrics
  • Selected Event Participants List
  • Selected Event Summary - Select the option to show dates and times, if needed, and click View Report.

From the Groups Page

Select the Groups to report on and launch one of the following reports:

  • Selected Group Attendee Search
  • Selected Group Attendance
  • Selected Group Attendance by Individual
  • Selected Group Attendance by Event Type
  • Selected Group Last Attended
