Annual Appeal Campaigns

Follow these instructions or our video to learn how to set up your annual appeal campaigns and campaign goals.

Here's how to set up your campaign if you use a centralized model, where an overarching diocese or office manages pledges and donations for multiple parishes or campuses.

Repeat these steps for each parish or congregation participating in the campaign.

Set Up an Annual Appeal Campaign

  1. In the navigation menu, click Contributions > Pledge Campaigns.
  2. Click New Pledge Campaign.
  3. Enter the Campaign Name.
    Tip: If this campaign occurs every year, consider adding a year to the name to avoid confusion later.
  4. For the Campaign Type, select Annual Appeal.
  5. For the Campaign Goal, enter a dollar amount.
  6. For the Start Date, select when this campaign will begin.
  7. Enter any other necessary information.
  8. Click Save.

Set Up Campaign Goals

  1. In the navigation menu, click Contributions > Campaign Goals.
  2. Click New Campaign Goal.
  3. For Campaign, select the campaign that you created on the Pledge Campaigns page.
  4. For Congregation, select the parish or congregation you want to track for this campaign.
  5. For Goal Amount, enter the dollar amount for this parish.
  6. Click Save.
