Configure Groups

Make sure you have the appropriate groups configured to display in Check-In Suite. See Group Fields Related to Check-In Suite for details on how to set up groups.

Configure Events

Make sure you have the appropriate events configured to display in Check-In Suite. See Event Fields Related to Check-In Suite for details on how to set up events.

Configure Rooms

Make sure you have the appropriate rooms configured to display in Check-In Suite. See Room Fields Related to Check-In Suite for details on how to set up rooms.

Configure Texting

If configured, you can send text messages from the Participant Details of Check-In Suite. You must have a Twilio account and you must configure your system for texting to use this feature.

Configure Workstations

• You can run Classroom Manager on an iPad or a workstation that meets the minimum requirements.
  • If you use an iPad with iOS version 13.2.1, we recommend you go to the device settings (Settings > Safari > Remote Desktop Website), and set All Websites to OFF. This prevents the camera from defaulting to front-facing mode when it takes a picture.
• Set the scope of events to include on the Check-In Suite Home page.
