Yes! We designed Check-In Suite to be responsive and work on various sized and touch screen devices. To download the print service to print name tags, you must have a Windows device.
The responsive screen size and ratio means you could technically even use Check-In Suite on a phone. However, phones iPad minis are pretty small, so, although it is possible and might work very well in certain scenarios, we still recommend a full size iPad or tablet or touch screen station for the best experience.
iPads sometimes exhibit a one- to two-minute delay between the Event's configured Early Check-In Period and when Participants can check in. You may opt to pad the Early Check-In Period by a few moments to compensate for this intermittent tablet behavior.
Ensure that you have a Check-In Suite Security Role. See Security Roles for details.

Yes! Use the Option tokens on Labels to show what Option Group, Option Title, Option Quantity, and/or Option Note the Participant selected during registration. For example:
- Use Option Title and Option Quantity tokens to print a label for the Participant that shows they bought a block of five tickets to the concert in the Balcony section.
- Use the Option Title token to print a label for the Participant that shows they registered for the "Empty Nesters" track at the Marriage Conference.
- Use the Option Group and Option Title tokens to print a label for the Participant that shows they bought a Medium T-shirt.
The labels sets are controlled by what Group and Group Role the Participant has. If they have a role with a type of Participant, they receive Participant labels specified for that Group. If they have a role with a role type of Leader or Servant, they receive the Servant labels specified for that Group.

You labels might pass too much data to the printer. Most of the time, this is because a logo or other image on the label is too large.
- Downsize large images to actual size.
- Convert color and grayscale images to Black and White bitmaps.
- Encode and embed linked images.
- Select the “Room" or “Enable Default Printer” options in the Kiosk Print Settings, rather than “Specific Printer". You do not have to use a remote printer to use these options. You can either enable the default printer or map the printer to the appropriate room.
Check your Orientation settings in Printer Settings and in the Label Set. Try portrait/portrait, landscape/portrait, landscape/landscape, and portrait/landscape. Additionally, large logos or fonts may cause the print to run off or over multiple labels.
You edited your Auto Login Configuration Settings in the Platform and the Login token in your URL isn't valid. Generate a new Auto URL.
