Edit Event Details

Allow Donors to Cover Credit Card Processing Fees

Have contributors cover your credit card processing fee.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
Allow donors to pay the credit card processing fee - so you don't have to!
  1. Go to Events > My Events.
  2. Click the event you want to edit.
  3. Click the Details tab.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. In the Payment Options section, click the Ask individual to pay processing fee? check box.
  6. Enter the fee percentage.
  7. Enter a message to display to registrants paying the processing fee.

  8. Click Save Changes.
Anyone who contributes to the event will now be charged the credit card processing fee when they make their contribution.
