Set the Event's Status
Go Method assigns one of three statuses to events: setup, launched, and archived.
Admins can manage event statuses, which include setup, launched, and archived, to reflect the current phase of an event.

Setup mode: A new event is in the process of being set up. It does not display on the Events page until you're ready to launch.
- Launched: The event displays on the Events page and members can start the application process.
- Archived: The event is over and removed from the Events page.
Trip credits are utilized once an event is launched. You can purchase more trip credits and signed documents prior to launching, if necessary.
Setting up an event? It'll automatically start in setup mode by default. When you're done setting up the event, make it live by clicking Launch This Event. When the event ends, you can archive it to wrap things up. If you ever archive an event prematurely, our support team can un-archive it for you.
