Archive an Event

Deactivate events that are completed or canceled.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
Many admins prefer to keep data up-to-date, making their job easier to locate relevant information quickly.
CAUTION: If you accidentally archive a trip, you will need to open a support ticket to have our team extract it for you. To open a support ticket, visit our support site. In the blue header, click Submit a request. Complete the form and click Submit.
  1. On the top menu, click Events > My Events.
  2. Select an event to deactivate.
  3. From the event's dashboard, click Status.
  4. On the right, click Archive.

The event is archived, and billing for the event ends.
