Background Checks
Go Method now supports multiple background check providers through Protect My Ministry. Go to and click Add New Connection to view the list of available providers. Select your preferred provider and complete the required fields to connect the integration.
- Independent Background Check Management: Go Method no longer relies on the background check types stored in MinistryPlatform. Instead, all background check types must now be managed directly within Go Method.
- No Cross-Referencing with MinistryPlatform: Go Method will no longer check MinistryPlatform for existing background checks on file.
- No Background Check Data Sync: When a background check is completed in Go Method, the results will not be shared to MinistryPlatform.
Registration
Make payments for multiple individuals at one time. On the Team Members page, now you can view and make payments for more than one member. Payments apply to transactions made by the individual who completed the registration and for anyone they registered.
To view payment history, go to the Team Members page and select an individual to view their progress.
Keep in mind that payments are non-refundable due to provider restrictions on partial refunds in Go Method. However, admins can process refunds outside of Go Method. Once that's done, they can delete the payment within Go Method so it no longer appears in the system.
