You can rename column headers for printing a Flex Statement.

1. Under Searches and Reports, click the Reports tab.
2. Select Contributions Reports from the drop-down list and click Go .
3. In the upper sidebar, expand Statements and select the Flex Statement.
4. Click Customize.
5. On the Report Options tab, select the Change layout option, then click Change.
6. Edit the Column Headings and Descriptions for total boxes fields.
7. Click OK.
