Constant Contact Text Messaging
Setting up and using advanced texting with Constant Contact.
We provide advanced texting through our third–party partner, Constant Contact. If you need support with text messaging, please contact Constant Contact customer service.
1- How do I create a Constant Contact account and link it to Realm?
On the Advanced Email and Texting page, you can link your Constant Contact account to Realm. If you don't already have a Constant Contact account, there is a link on that page that will help you get started. Click here for more information.
2- I have a Constant Contact account linked to Realm. How do I enable texting?
Once you have your Constant Contact account linked to Realm, you can add a texting plan to your Constant Contact email plan. You don't need to create a separate Constant Contact account to enable texting. You can enable texting for your existing account. Click here for more information.
3- How do I complete the registration process for Constant Contact texting?
After you add texting to your Constant Contact email plan, you must register your account to receive a texting phone number. Click here for more information.
4- How do I ask individuals to opt-in to Constant Contact texting?
You must have permission from individuals in order to send them text messages. You can do this two ways:

Import a list of individuals who provided verbal consent
Note:Constant Contact import only supports US phone numbers. International SMS numbers will not import.
5- How do I send text messages from Constant Contact?
You send text messages from the SMS section of the Marketing Campaigns drop-down menu on the Constant Contact website. You can only send text messages to individuals who have opted-in. Click here for more information.
