View an Individual's Advanced Email and Texting Status
See if an individual is subscribed to Constant Contact.
Administrators can view all Constant Contact information, while users with responsibilities will only see information about Constant Contact accounts they have access to.
You can see whether someone is subscribed to Constant Contact by viewing their profile within Realm. This displays the email and SMS number of the mobile device they are subscribed with for each Constant Contact account linked to Realm.
- Search for the individual's profile in Realm and open it.
- In the Constant Contact Sync section, you can view which email address and SMS numbers are subscribed and unsubscribed to Constant Contact accounts linked to Realm.
