Realm Text Messaging

Export Text Messaging Opt-in Records for a Constant Contact Import

Create a .csv file to import to Constant Contact text messaging.

You can export a list of individuals with email addresses who have opted in to Realm text messaging as a .csv file. You can then import that .csv file in Constant Contact as a list of individuals who have already provided consent for text messaging. Because Constant Contact requires an email address for texting consent, the export only includes the individuals who have opted-in and have an email address.
Note:

Constant Contact import only supports US phone numbers. International SMS numbers will not import.

  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Communications > Text Messaging.
  2. To automatically download the .csv file, click Export Opt-in Records.
