Set Up Provider Follow-Up Notifications

You can set a daily email to send to providers when the assigned need exceeds the Expected Days to Complete field defined on the Need Campaign. This is calculated as today's date minus the assigned date.

  1. In the navigation menu, click Needs Management > Needs.
  2. Select the Follow Up Today view.
  3. From the Actions menu, select Notification.
  4. For items to watch, ensure the options Contents of view: Follow Up Today are selected.
  5. For notifications, select Use existing template. Then, from the drop-down list, select Were you able to help? (Email).
  6. For frequency, select Create new schedule. Then, select Daily/Weekly and set the day(s) and time you want.
  7. Click Save.
