Set Up Provider Follow-Up Notifications
- You must set up Provider Follow-Up Notifications.
This triggers a daily email to Providers when the assigned Need first exceeds the Expected Days to Complete field defined on the Need Campaign (Today's date - Assigned_Date).
- Go to the Needs page.
- Select the Follow Up Today view.
- Click Notify.
- Select Contents of View: Follow Up Today.
- Select Results using Template: Were you able to help?.
- Select Using New Schedule: Daily at the desired time.
- Click Save.
