Two-Step Verification

Enable text message two-step verification. You can now choose up to three methods of verification to make your Realm account more secure. These methods are:

• email

• text message

• device security

You can enable multiple methods at any time by clicking Add/Update Method after you enter your password to sign in. With additional methods, you can verify based on the kind of device you're using.

For example, the device security method works for phones, tablets and laptops that have built-in fingerprint or facial recognition. However, when you sign in on a computer, it's better to use email or text message verification.

Why is Two-Step Verification Important?

While two-step verification is optional, it's an effective way to help protect your Realm account and personal information. It adds an extra layer of verification that requires an email or mobile device that's in your possession. In the case that your password is stolen, someone else won't be able to sign in to your account because they don't have access to your email or mobile device.

Refresh Websites

Access all of your website’s media from the new Media Manager. You can now find all of your website’s images, videos, files, and audio in one place. The Media Manager is located in the newly re-designed Content Library tab.

Using the Media Manager, you can:

• View media based on media type

• Upload, add, and remove media

• Create folders to organize your media

• Rename files

• Preview video and audio

Add videos from the new video library to your website. Within the Media Manager, you can explore a new library of videos that you can add to your website. Or, if you prefer, you can upload your own.

Upload audio files to the Media Manager. Upload audio files in the Media Manager, then add sound to your website by using the audio widget.

Integrate with Go Method. We're working on a way for you to schedule mission trips with Go Method and use Realm Giving Forms to provide an online payment option for attendees.

Update account email and send new Realm invites. Administrators will be able to change a user's account email and send them a new Realm invite.
