View Registrant Payment History

View a registration's cost and payment information.

If someone has registered for a paid event, you can view the cost and payment history for that registration.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. To view registrants, click the number of registrants in the Registered/Capacity column for the event.
  3. To view payment details, click the registrant's name.
  4. To view payments already made to the registration, click Previous Payments.
    Note: If someone made a payment on behalf of a registrant, the information displays under the payment.
