Refund a Registration Payment

Refund a payment for a registration event.

You can manually issue a refund for a payment put towards a registration event. If someone has requested a refund, you can find this by filtering the registrants list by Refund Needed.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. To view registrants, click the number of registrants in the Registered/Capacity column for the event.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the registration party's name.
  4. Select Issue a Refund.
  5. Enter a Refund Amount and a Reason.
  6. Select a refund method, then click Issue Refund.
