Email Named Guests

Send an email to named guests who are registered for an event.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

You can filter the event's registrant list to see the named guests who do not have a profile. Once filtered, you can then send an email to the named guests registered for upcoming or past events.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. Select Registrant in the View By drop-down menu.
  3. To view only named guests who do not have a profile, click . Clear Yes under Has Profile? then click Apply.
  4. Select the named guests you want to email.
  5. Click the Select an action drop-down menu and select Send Email.
  6. Enter your email Subject and Message.
  7. If you have an attachment, click Add File to attach a file from your computer.
  8. If you want to schedule the email to send at a later date, select the date and time from the Send Email drop-down menu.
  9. Click Send.
