Registration for Events

View Named Guests Without a Profile

See the named guests who were registered for an event.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

You can view a list of registrants, including the guests who are registered for the event. This provides information about the registrants, including whether or not the guest has a profile. You can view named guests for both upcoming and past events.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. Click the event name.
  3. On the Registrants tab, select Registrant in the View By drop-down menu.
  4. To view only named guests who do not have a profile, click the filter icon. Clear Yes under Has Profile? then click Filter.
