Register for a Free Event as a Guest

Guests without a Realm login can register for an event.

A guest who does not have a Realm login can register for a free event using an online registration form.
Note:
  • Guests can also register for paid events using the online registration form. For more information, click here.
  • An administrator can also use the online form to register someone who does not have a Realm login.
  • All public events have a public online registration form. An administrator or user with the proper permissions can get and share the link to the online registration form.
  1. Enter an email address and click Begin Registration.
  2. Enter the guest's name and click Register. If there are no other options for this event, the guest is automatically registered and will receive an email with more information.
  3. If the +Add another registrant link displays, you can add additional guests. If you enter more than one guest name, click Next.
  4. If you entered more than one guest, enter the contact information for the additional guests.
  5. If available, select a registration type from the Registration drop down list for each registrant.
  6. If this event has items in the Additional Items section, select the items you want for each registrant.
  7. If this event has questions in the Additional Information section, respond to them for each registrant.
  8. Click Next: Review.
  9. Review all registrant information. Click Edit Details to make changes.
  10. To complete registration, click Register.
