Congregant Event Registration

Cancel an Event Registration as a Congregant

Congregants can cancel a registration for an event.

If you've signed up for an event, and you discover you can't attend, you can cancel your registration online.
Note: Individuals who don't have a Realm account and sign up through guest registration can't cancel their registration. An admin or user with permissions must cancel it for them.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Connect. Then click Events.
  2. Click the name of the event.
  3. Click Manage Registration.
  4. Click Cancel Registration.
  5. Choose if you want to cancel the entire registration, or just certain people.
  6. Click Cancel Registration.
