View Text Usage and Billing Information
If you've enabled text messaging, you can view text usage and billing information.
Warning:
Once texting is enabled, you can view information on text usage and your billing information. See how many texts are left for the month, if you have any overages, and the number of texts that specific groups or teams have used during your billing period. New sign-ups for Realm texting are currently disabled.
We have extended our partnership with Constant Contact to provide a SMS texting solution as an option for Realm. Click for more information.
You can export your existing Realm texting opt-in records to import into Constant Contact.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- On this page, you can see the number of texts your church has sent during the month and view information about your subscription and billing.
- In the All Text Usage section, you can filter the chart to go into more detail about the number of texts used within a specific time frame.
- In the Totals by Group or Serving Team section, you can view how many texts were used per group or serving team.
