Parish Life User Guide

Change My Login Email

If needed, you can change the email address that you use to log in to Parish Life. You might do this, for example, if you start using a new email account and plan to delete your old email address.

  1. Log in to Parish Life.
  2. In the menu or on the Dashboard, click My Profile.
  3. In the Change Login Email section, click the edit icon gray pencil in a box.
  4. Enter the email address you want to use to log in.
    Tip: Do you share an email address with your family members? Check out our blog article to find out how to use a shared email address with Parish Life.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click OK to confirm that your login email address was updated.

You will receive an email at both the old and new email addresses about this change.

Note that the login email is not necessarily the one the parish uses to contact you. You can edit your profile to remove the old email address and add the new one so your parish has the most up-to-date information.
