Parish Life User Guide

Change or Reset My Password

If needed, you can change the password that you use to log in to Parish Life. You might do this periodically for your security.

  1. Log in to Parish Life.
  2. In the menu or on the Dashboard, click My Profile.
  3. In the Change Password section, click the edit icon gray pencil in a box.
  4. Enter the new password you want to use to log in.
    Tip:

    For your security, make sure your password meets the requirements listed below. A message displays above the password once requirements are met.

    Click the lock icon gray padlock to view the password you entered.

    Password Requirements
    Your password must contain at least:
    • 8 characters
    • one uppercase letter
    • one lowercase letter
    • one number
    • one symbol
    For your security, avoid:
    • Repeating characters (like "aaa")
    • Sequences (like "abc", "123", or "321")
    • Any part of your email address
    • Using the same password that you use for other sites
  5. Enter the same password to confirm it.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click OK to confirm that your password was updated.

You will receive an email about this change. You can use your new password next time you log in.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't log in to Parish Life to change your password, you can reset it.

  1. Open Parish Life.
  2. At the bottom of the login page, click reset password.
  3. Enter the email address you use to log in to Parish Life.
  4. Click Send Email.
  5. Open your email application. In the email you received, click Reset Password.
  6. Confirm your name and email, then enter the new password to use.
    Tip:

    For your security, make sure your password meets the requirements listed below. A message displays above the password once requirements are met.
