Note: This is what you've been waiting for (at least we've been waiting for it) - View and Item Notifications will not link to the Next Generation of the Platform! This release also includes a leap forward for Compliance and Verification, the ability to reset your password with a text, and some bug fixes.
Login
Note: Have you been waiting for a sign to set up texting through the New Message Tool? This is it! To allow your users to verify their account creation or reset their password, this needs to be configured, complete with an outbound SMS text number.
- *NEW* Users can verify their account creation via text. We've included a Create Account Text Template, but see Login, Create Account, & Password Reset if you choose to modify it.
- *NEW* Users can now reset their password through text. We've included a Recover Account Text Template, but see Login, Create Account, & Password Reset if you choose to modify it.
Notifications
- *NEW* View and Item Notifications now include links to the Next Generation of the Platform.
Compliance
- *NEW* Added a Compliance page section so you check Qualifications and review Compliance in one handy-dandy place.
- Enhanced Qualifications and Certifications by adding an Expiring Soon Requirement Status.
- Added an Expiring Soon Days field to Background Check Types, Certification Types, and Forms. Add the number of days prior to expiration when Qualifications and Compliance should begin displaying as Expiring Soon.
Messages
- Fixed an issue where the send count could not be seen in the New Message Tool if it was greater than two digits.
- Fixed an issue where a previously selected Send to Parents check box was unchecked after choosing a Template.
- Fixed an issue where Messages with attachments were not successfully sent.
Layout
- Enhanced Application Label records to support current and future features.
Searching
- Enhanced the Advanced Search Tool so that if the time field is left blank, it will default to midnight.
- Fixed an issue where opening a complex view through the Advanced Search SQL tab returned an error.
Records
- Enhanced Record Picker to always display the Selection drop-down whether launched from New or Add.
- Enhanced the drop-down values query to improve performance and decrease load time.
- Enhanced the Process Submission invocation to improve process performance.
- Enhanced navigation to include numerical search terms in URL routing.
- Added a new Phone data type to the Outbound SMS Numbers field on Compliance.
- Fixed an issue where a server error was returned when clearing the cache.
- Fixed an issue where Users with sub-page access, but not main page access could not access filtered drop-down lists.
- Fixed an issue where navigating to the Audit Log on the Household Care Log Page returned an error.
