Option Groups & Prices
This section focuses on option groups and option prices, including promo code and discounts.
- With option groups, you can extend a product's features! You may need to set different prices for an event based on something the registrant can select. For example, you can have an option group for t-shirts with option prices for small, medium, and large.
- After you create an Option Group record, you create individual Option Prices records that go together within the option group.
- One product can have multiple option groups. For example, your Women's Retreat may have an option group that states how many roommates the registrant shares a hotel with, and their choice impacts the price they pay. Another option group may be an optional sightseeing trip during the retreat.
