Donor Tracking

Find First-Time Donors

You can use the Find Donors report to identify donors who have given for the first time or given to a certain program for the first time. You can also use the First Gift This/Last Month views on the Donors page.
  1. In the navigation menu, click Contributions > Donors.
  2. Click Reports > Find Donors.
  3. Set your report parameters. In the Donors to Include parameter, select First HH Donation ANY Program.
  4. Click View Report.
  5. Click the Create a selection link.
  6. Close the report.
  7. Refresh the Donors page.
  8. Find and use your new selection, titled Donor Search Results.
