View Company/Trust Donations

You can create a user account for a company or trust to enable the person responsible for giving through that company or trust to view their donations in the portal.

  1. In the navigation menu, click Administration > Users.
  2. Click New User.
  3. In the Contact field, click the magnifying glass.
  4. In the view drop-down list, select Companies.
  5. Select the appropriate Contact record to the User account.
Once you create the user account, they can:
  • Log in to the portal with the credentials you provide.
  • Log in with a link through a snippet in an email.
  • Reset their account using the portal reset account.
