Manually Modify ARB Subscription

Delete Future Instances of an ARB Subscription

In rare cases, you may need to manually delete a subscription in MinistryPlatform. This would most commonly happen if someone manually deleted the subscription in Authorize.Net rather than by the donor using the My Giving widget. It is best to cancel a recurring gift from the My Giving widget.

However, you can safely delete all future instances of a recurring donation series in the Platform. Use the Alter or Delete Subscription report on the Donations page to accomplish this.

  1. In the navigation menu, click Contributions > Donations.
  2. Click Reports > Alter or Delete Subscription.
  3. Enter the subscription code.
  4. Click View Report.
  5. Review the report, then click Delete Unbatched donations in this subscription.
