Create Categories

Reference question categories are groups of similar questions admins want to ask participants.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
  • You must set up an Individual Type.
You can set up reference question categories to group question types and organize questions by topic. For example, you could create a Medical History category to group a series of medically-related questions for a physician reference. Or you can have a character category to gather more information about the character of your participants.
  1. In the top menu, click Events > References.
  2. In the left menu, click Categories.
  3. On the right, click Add Question Category.

  4. Enter the Reference Question Category Name.
  5. Set the category to Activeto activate this reference question category.
  6. Once complete, click Add Question Category.

The category is now live and you can group references questions.
