Individual Types are a way to categorize various references you want to request.
You must be a Go Methodadmin to do this.
You can set up individual types to describe the classification you want to give to references. For example, you could categorize references as family member, co-worker, or pastor. References from a family member would filter into the family member individual type, and any references from a pastor would filter into the pastor individual type.
In the top menu, click Events > References.
In the left menu, click Individual Types.
On the right, click Add Individual Type.
Enter the Type Name.
Set the Individual Type to Active to activate this Individual Type.
Once complete, click Add Individual Type.
The individual type has been added for references. Repeat these steps to add more categories. To edit an existing type, select the one you want to edit from the list.
