Pre-Approvals
Questions that individuals need to answer before applying for trips.
Pre-approvals exist to help you set conditions for trip applications. First, you need to create questions to include in the pre-approval steps.
Question types are:
Application questions, see Create Application Questions.
Profile questions, see Create Profile Questions.
- Reference questions, see Create Reference Questions.
In the pre-approval process, applicants must complete specific steps before submitting their trip application. Each step includes a 'stop condition' that triggers when an applicant's response fails to satisfy the pre-approval criteria, pausing the application for administrative review. For instance, if the question "Do you have a passport?" is answered with "No," the application is paused.
