Create Pre-Approval Processes

Create questions for individuals to answer before they apply for trips.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
  • You must have an existing application question.
  • You must have an existing profile question.
  • You must have an existing reference question.

Before proceeding to the application, individuals must answer all of the questions in this process. Those who meet a 'stop condition' based on their answers are paused for admin review.

  1. Click Events > Pre-Approvals.
  2. Click + New Process.
  3. Create a name for this process and add a short description.
  4. Select the application for the pre-approval process.
  5. Click + Add Step and create a Step Name.
  6. Click + Add Condition and select a Condition Type.
  7. Choose if the 'stop condition' is triggered by All or Any condition in the step.
  8. Select a question and answer for the Condition Type.
  9. Choose if the 'stop condition' is triggered by All or Any answers in the Condition Type.
  10. Select reviewers for applicants who meet stop conditions.
  11. Click Create Process.
The pre-approval process is now set up and ready to be initiated by the application attached to it.
