Pre-Approvals

Delete Pre-Approval Processes

Learn how to delete pre-approval processes required for trip applications to ensure that only current and relevant processes are in use.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
  • You must have an existing application question.
  • You must have an existing profile question.
  • You must have an existing reference question.
Deleting a pre-approval process will permanently remove it from Go Method and the application attached to it. Make sure that the process is no longer needed before proceeding.
  1. Click Events > Pre-Approvals.
  2. Select a Process Name to delete.
  3. Click Remove.
    A confirmation message displays that says, "Are you sure you want to delete this pre-approval process?"
  4. Click OK.
The pre-approval process is removed and no longer attached to an application.
