Requests

Track requests between event coordinators, volunteers, and responsibilities so you'll know your event is adequately staffed, has the appropriate resources, and is ready for confirmation.

After setting up an event and saving it, for any bookings that have e-mail addresses, those e-mails are automatically added to the grid as requests with a status of Not Sent. The contact is responsible for those requests.

Even if you book resources for an event, you can still send the requests. However, if the event is confirmed and the requests are in the Not Sent status, an e-mail is sent to the resource.
