Set a Primary Location
You can confirm a location's availability and reserve it as a primary location during event creation.
If you have booked more than one location for this event, you can also switch between them to select a new primary location.
- On the Calendar tab, click Calendar.
- To create a new event, click Add Event. To edit an existing event, double-click the event on the calendar.
- Under Event Details, in the Primary Location field, click Browse .
- Select the location. To display booked locations, select Include Booked Resources.
- Click OK, then Save & Close.
