Invite Group Members to Join Realm

Send a Realm invite to a group member of a group.

  • Only users with the Edit Group, Delete Group, or Manage Ministry Areas permission set to Allow in their responsibilities can perform the steps below.

Administrators, group leaders, and users with permission can send a Realm invite to a member of a group. When this person accepts your invitation, they will be able to interact with their group.
  1. Locate the group.
  2. Click the Invites tab.
  3. Click Send Invite next to the member's name that you wish to invite.
  4. Confirm the invitation by clicking Send Invite a second time.

    Alternatively...

    When group participants at an open church create posts, emails are sent to group participants (unless their individual settings prevent such emails). At the bottom of those emails is an option to create an account.
